Returning Your Purchase
1. Please email info@alteamilano.com.au to notify of us of a returning garment.

3. Please pack the item/s you wish to Return/Exchange in a suitable postage bag or box
4. Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund, exchange, or gift voucher will be processed within 5-9 working days, and you will be notified via email.
Returns Policy
Strictly no refunds on any garment or item purchased using a promotional code or on Sale.
When purchasing a sale or promotional item, you are entitled to a credit note or exchange to the value of which you paid for your garment. No refunds or returns on tailored or altered garments.
The following conditions apply when returning or exchanging your Altea Milano online purchase:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and not washed, worn, or altered. Online purchases to be returned to our Altea Retail Store. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept exchanges or refunds on swimwear and socks (consumer law applies).
Merchandise must have all Altea swing tags still attached. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the return to Altea. Returns/Exchanges must be prepaid and returned by a traceable method. Altea recommends utilising registered mail when returning purchases. Altea is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
For exchanges, Altea will re-send your exchanged item to you free of shipping and handling charges. (Excluding international duties, taxes, and fees)
**Please allow two weeks from the time you return your package for the refund to be credited to your account. If choosing an exchange, please note your exchange request is not always guaranteed. If your requested item becomes out of stock at the time of processing, a member of our team will contact you via email with more information. Damaged, worn, or altered returns will not be accepted and will be delivered back to sender. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
** Please note: Shipping fees for overseas does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is to be made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
